Our IDEXX Collection Packs are designed to provide our clients with the tools necessary for proper collection and submission of the required specimen samples. Included in each pack is a prepaid FedEX label for overnight submission to the IDEXX Laboratory in Memphis, Tennessee.
We offer these packs in single or bundled quantity, and encourage our clients to have packs on-hand in their Cattery or Kennel so testing can be done immediately, when necessary. Our packs are shipped from Noble Manes Test Lab’s offices in Los Angeles, California; utilizing flat rate ground shipping (1 to 7 days based on distance), see shipping rates listed below.

Our Comprehensive pack includes a complete supply of all items necessary to submit specimens for every test we offer. Some tests request the submission of blood serum, which will require the use of a centrifuge.

Storage & Stability
STORAGE
Collection pack boxes should be stored in a clean and dry indoor environment and remain closed until time of use to protect the sterile nature of the included supplies. Please keep the included ice packs in the freezer so they are ready at time of shipping.
STABILITY
All specimen collection items included are supplied by IDEXX Laboratories and are sterile. Properly stored collection boxes will have a multi-year shelf life.
